Why choose us for your new bathroom

  • Finished, not just fitted

Plaster and paint are our own trade, so walls and ceiling are made good and painted with a steam-resistant finish. No decorator to find afterwards.

  • One team for the whole room

Strip-out, plumbing, electrics, tiling, fitting and decorating, organised by us from start to finish.

  • Fit only, so you choose the suite

You buy the bath or shower, basin, WC and taps from wherever you like; we install them.

  • A firm you can check

Registered at Companies House since 2007, on Checkatrade and verified on MyBuilder.

Bathroom installation: what we fit

  • Full bathroom refits, from strip-out to the last coat of paint

  • En-suites and shower rooms

  • Walk-in and level-access showers

  • Wet rooms

  • Accessible bathrooms, including work funded by a Disabled Facilities Grant

  • Wall and floor tiling, with tanking behind the shower and bath

  • Making good and painting after the fit (where the walls need more than filling, see our plasterers page)

How it works

  1. Tell us about your bathroom

Send a few photos, rough measurements and whether it's a house or a flat.

  2. We visit and quote

We come and look at the room, then put the quote in writing. The visit and the quote are free.

  3. You order the suite, we fit it

Old bathroom out, new pipework and cables where the layout needs them, tanking, tiling, then the suite, sealed and tested for leaks.

  4. We finish the room

Ceiling and walls made good and painted, so the bathroom is ready to use when we leave.

Wet rooms and accessible bathrooms

If someone at home can no longer step into the bath, a level-access shower or a wet room is often the answer, and a Disabled Facilities Grant can pay for it: up to £30,000 in England (checked October 2026). We fit level-access showers and wet rooms, and we can quote for the work you're applying for. One thing to know: you might not get any grant if work starts before the council approves your application, so don't let anyone begin until it has.

Your bathroom plumber and electrician: three checks before you buy

A few choices affect the plumbing and electrics, so it's worth raising them at the quote:

  • Big baths and pumped showers

A bath over 230 litres or a pump drawing more than 12 litres a minute must be notified to your water company first, under the water fittings regulations.

  • Lights, mirrors and towel rails

The Building Regulations limit what can go close to the bath or shower, so we plan the positions before the walls are closed, and the electrical work is carried out or certified by a registered electrician.

  • Approval

New plumbing or electrics near the shower may need Building Regulations approval; our builders page explains who signs it off.

What affects the cost of a bathroom refit

Every bathroom is priced after a visit. These move the price most:

  • Layout: keeping the WC and waste where they are costs less than moving them.

  • Tiling: how much of the room is tiled, and the tile you choose.

  • What the strip-out uncovers: rotten boards, old pipework or damp plaster.

  • Extras: a shower pump, a thermostatic valve or a new electrical circuit.

Questions about fitting a bathroom in Beckenham

Call 020 8249 7303

How much does it cost to fit a bathroom?

It's best priced after seeing the room, because the same suite can be a straight swap in one house and a new layout with fresh pipework in another. The visit and the written quote are free.

Do you supply the bathroom, or can you fit one you've bought?

We don't supply bathrooms: you choose and buy the suite, and we fit it.

What's the difference between a plumber and a bathroom fitter?

A plumber deals with the water supplies, wastes and connections. A bathroom fitter takes on the whole room: strip-out, tiling, fitting the suite and the finishing, with the plumber and electrician brought in at the right stages.

Do I need permission to fit a new bathroom in a flat?

Check your lease first: many leases ask for the freeholder's or managing agent's consent before alterations, so ask them before the work is booked.

Do I need a thermostatic valve?

The rules don't require one when you refit the bathroom of an existing home, but with young children, older relatives or tenants in the house, it's worth asking for one in the quote.
